Payments and Cancellations:

1.   Payments can be made by Credit Card, personal Check, Cash,
Western Union, Money Order or Bank Transfer.
Please contact us for Payments other than by Credit Cards

2.   An initial Deposit of US $400 has to be made to secure a place in this Meeting.

3.   The balance of the Payment has to be made in Cash on the day of arrival.
"No exceptions, we cannot take credit cards or travelers checks"

 Cancellation of Tour

Gentleman, who made a Deposit but do not attend the Meeting.
The Money deposited will not be refunded.

Gentleman who made the full Payment, but do not attend the Meeting
will receive a US $600.00 Refund

Complete Refunds will only be issued,
if  we have to cancel the Meeting for any reason
 

Our services do not include your travel to the Dominican Republic or the Days you spend in the Hotel we use for this Event.  For that, we leave you to your own devices.  Our services to you begin upon your arrival the Hotel.
You are not obligated to use the Hotel were we hold the event but transportation to and from our Hotel during the event will not be included in the Event Price if you stay at another Hotel.
