April 2013 Singles Dating Event Terms
Payments and Cancellations:
All
cancellations must be tendered in writing. Refunds are issued within 30
days from the date
Latin Affairs receives your written cancellation.
If no cancellation letter is received, no refund shall be given.
Refunds subject to non-refundable deposits and processing fees will be
processed within 30 days of cancellation receipt
and paid in the manner by which payment was made, e.g., check, credit
card, PayPal.

Payments can be made by Credit Card, personal Check, Cash,
Western Union, Money Order, Bank Transfer or PayPal.

An initial Deposit of US $295.00 has to be made to secure a place at
the April event.
3.
The balance of the Payment has to be made in Cash on the day of
arrival.
"No exceptions, we cannot take credit cards or travelers checks or
PayPal payments"
Cancellation of Tour
Gentleman, who made a Deposit but do not attend the Meeting.
The Money deposited will not be refunded.
Gentleman who made the full Payment, but do not attend the Meeting
will receive a 50% Refund
Complete Refunds
will only be issued,
if we have to cancel the Event for any reason
Our services do not include your
travel to the Dominican Republic or the Days you spend in the Hotel
we use for this Event.
For that, we leave you to your own
devices. Our services to you begin upon your arrival the Hotel.
You are not obligated to use the Hotel were we hold the event but transportation to and from our Hotel during the event will not be
included in the Event Price if you stay at another Hotel.
