In past Events we have waited until the last minute to take reservations.
We can't do that anymore since we have to book the Rooms in advance and make deposits.

We need to know how many of you will participate at least 4 weeks ahead of time,
to book the Rooms in your name, book the banquet hall, notify the Ladies and
make sure we have enough translators available etc.
